Restaurant Cro’n’s menues take its point of origin from the traditional Danish kitchen, and embraces “stegt flæsk” (Thick pan fried pork slices) Beef, duck roast and fried eels.
All Our dishes are made from scratch, including the pickled beetroots, cucumbers and red cabbage.
The ingredients are carefully selected, with focus on Danish products.
The normal menu shifts between summer and winter, and will be adjusted to the season. When taking over the restaurant from the previous owner, We added a “Course of the week” and a “Monthly Menu.” The course of the week will be adjusted to the season, and comprise of dishes like “Cream goulash” and “Gule ærter.”
Every month We also present a 3-course menu with matching wines, which our wine supplier has carefully chosen.
