The restaurant in run by the hosting couple Gitte and Jesper, who became lessees in in 2008, and bought the restaurant during the summer of 2009.
Gitte is the headchef, and is to be found in the small kitchen, preparing all the food. She was taught the chef craft in 2004 from the Hotel Knudsens Gaard, by headchef Jensen, who has taught Gitte the rules of classic dishes.
Before Gitte arrived at the restaurant in 2007, she was employed as a chef and manager throughout different kitchens on other Danish restaurants and hotels.
Jesper attends the daily work when needed. He is a skilled electrician, and continues working as such
